ednesday I read about health and science and I chose one of many
articles to read, so I was spending time on one article.There was talk about bone health.
It told me about how much Calcium people should eat per
day and the bone will be deteriorated in the future, but how much is enough
,So
that reason we have to prevent.we should eat 700-900 mg of Calcium per day and shouldn't eat
exceeding 750-1185 mg a day. This is according to
Swedish researchers report.
