     Lucy explained that she found it difficult to make friends in a new city because having no time means she is busy at work and also studying English. Although having no time, she also does't mind making friends because she might have a problem speaking with people she hasn't met before at the first time. Besides that, she realised that opportunity is also a problem to meet people because she would have a problem studying at the school there isn't have any local students , so she speak to me that opportunity is also a big problem for her to meet local friends.
