Lucy - Easy Recipes For a Party

When you are preparing a party, you have to think about everything, such as music, drinks, decoration and food. But when you think about food, you think that is the most difficult part. But it's not! There are some easy and delicious ideas or recipes to make for a party without complications.


TUNA DIP


Ingredients


- one can tuna in water, drained
- one can of cream cheese
- a pinch of salt


Preparation


In a medum cup, put     the tuna drained. then mix it with the cream cheese until they  form a paste. If it needs salt , you can add it, it's optional. That's it! You can enjoy with water crakers or small squares of bread.




CAPSICUM  DIP


Ingredients


- one small red capsicum
- one cream cheese
- sugar
- butter


First the paprika is cut in fine squares, then in a non-stick pan put a tea spoon of butter and add the capsicum cut. Then add four normal spoon  of sugar until the paprika is soft and the sugar is caramelised.
In a medium cup put the cream cheese and add the capsicum that is already cooked mix, then until they   make a smooth paste. And it's done. You can enjoy it  with water crackers




RICE PUDDING


Ingredientes


- Two cups of rice
- Two cinnamon sticks
- Two litres of Milk
- One cup of sweet condensed Milk
- One cup of Cream
- Half   scoop of salt


In a pot put the rice with enough milk and cinnamon and wait until the milk is boiled. You need to mix them avoiding  to stick to the pot until the rice is cooked. If you need more milk add it, sometime the milk evaporates but the rice is not ready yet. When the rice be cooked, add the condensed milk, the cream, the coconut and the salt if you want, you can add sultanas, it's optional. Remove from the fire and let it cool, then put it  in the fridge until to serve.
Note: You can serve it warm or cool.
