Martha&Rachel - Pancake

PANCAKE

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 L          Milk
  • 250 g         Flour
  •                Eggs
  • A pinch of  Salt
Preparation:
  1. Mix all ingredients with a mixer till it becomes a dough.
  2. Heat up the pan, then put some oil in it.
  3. Put some of the dough in the pan and fry it.
  4. Fry on both sides till it looks golden (color depends on how long you fry it).
  5. Serve it with apple puree or fresh fruits for sweet, or may be with tomatos and cheese for savory.
