Ingredients:
- 1/2 L Milk
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- A pinch of Salt
- Mix all ingredients with a mixer till it becomes a dough.
- Heat up the pan, then put some oil in it.
- Put some of the dough in the pan and fry it.
- Fry on both sides till it looks golden (color depends on how long you fry it).
- Serve it with apple puree or fresh fruits for sweet, or may be with tomatos and cheese for savory.
